Moderators can move a post to another channel Member posts a question about QBO in a Xero channel. Moderator can select a new channel and that post get's moved to that channel. I've seen quite a few where members post in places that should be in other places. 1 1

Currently this is available on a section but not on an image which can be accomplished by editing a photo. However i've noticed that coming from Lovable the images are all square and they are apply this in code. So when creating a lovable design the image is square. Also drop shadow. Could be that we need to have an image component that gives a bit of flexibility with the image. 1 1

Partner/Speaker Management | Chat

Partner/Speaker Management | Chat Hi Martin, I had logged a feature request about group messages. That would be private but you can add people to the chat. Partner booth is created. Generates a chat space like a mini channel that we can link to the booth setting drawer and the partner settings. So when they have questions they are having a chat with anyone that has been added as a collaborator or admin of the event. Same idea for speakers. So when they are in their studios that can chat open the chat at any point for that particular event. Similar to the booth chat. It's only for that booth. From a speaker and partner experience this would be very effecient for everyone. They come in and they have an issue and when there is a response back to them they click the link to take them right back to where they were having the question. 1 1

Perhaps we add the same functionality with a link icon at the bottom of the Nav that they can create links for admin etc. We would hard code Komunily.com as the first one that can't be deleted. So we have our tenants coming to our user community. 1 1

Hey Martin — quick takeaway from this video: This creator has a massive Kajabi course (80–90k students) but relies on a Facebook group for all community interaction. And he’s basically highlighting everything Komunily is built to eliminate. He tells students not to ask questions under course videos and instead: 1. Search the Facebook group first. 2. Post questions in the community (not the course). 3. Stay active by commenting on others’ posts so the algorithm surfaces their own questions. It’s a clunky, fragmented experience, and students are forced into algorithm-driven behaviour just to get help. This really reinforces the value of what we’re building: – Students should be able to ask questions directly in the lesson. – Search should work across lessons and community content while respecting access levels. – Answers should be easy to find without leaving the course environment. In short: this is a perfect example of the problems Komunily solves natively.

I have a course. I'm using lock and unlock feature. I don't want users to access resources that are attached to future locked lessons. Same with linear. I can see it but not download it. Hi Martin, This can go in the nice to have's but I think we've talked about this in the past and what they are charging for it is crazy. Plus everything we need for a user to create these from a data perspective is already there. Would be super valuable for partner webinars, summits, any event where an influencer is speaking or presenting. Updated all event tabs and remove "event" Add new tab "Recordings" If its a recurring event we can assign a recording any past date if its one off we can upload the event for the date We could use unique cover art for each recording This then shows in event recordings Probably good on upcoming events to also be able to goto the past recordings Uploads are r2 as per the current resource manager

Event Offers Embed

What: Create an embed for offers. Why: I want to have certain offers live prior to the event. New registrant opts in to summit in January. On the thank you page there is early bird offers page with cards for the offers.   How: Partner booths have a toggle for Live only can be set by admins  Partners can only set it to ready to Publish.   Like the other embeds, admins can publish offers and when the offers have been published they show up on that embed.   Set an expiry date and time on offers that way we can have a countdown timer on the booth and when the timer is up that offer CTA button pops with Expired Message.   Now we can inform event participants of an offer prior to the event which will give early activations and then there is more informed scarcity for the event offers.   Will be very good for all partners to be getting some action prior to the event.    The plan is to launch 2026 at the end of this summit which will give us a year to promote it and collect leads and activations. 1 1

Stripe/Checkout Page Builder Component + Thank you page order handler

This is essential for komunily checkout handling and will for tenants, the thank you page that can link someone to an order will be the key to giving people access to products regardless if they come from stripe checkout or via api that creates and order. Currently apis simply grant access, but we may want a thank you page with order.. Possibility of also being able to trigger an external api hook like "create tenant" after submitting form

Community Engagement Monitoring and Alerts

Having a support inbox that contains alerts of where engagement is needed. - A post has not had a comment in 24 hours. An alert is created with the ablility to have a notification to users that are linked to the support. - I'm a admin, I'm on the list of people that should be notified and I can set the notifications for those alearts to email, etc. - I click on the notification and it takes me to an inbox of all posts that have not had a comment. - When that post has had a comment it get's removed from the inbox. - If functions like a get to zero list of posts. Could also think about this as flags as well. Someone flags a post, they are asked for a reason for the flag and those posts show up in the inbox as well. 1 1

On my BKOS call, Lisa's "Companies" would be highlighted to show she's on that section. Mine doesn't do that. This is not of high importance but wanted to mention it as it's a helpful feature to understnad what section I'm on

Full-width mode no longer available. It used to be there under Dark mode. A licensee is asking if it is available, would it minimize the right screen further/completely? If yes, please let us know how and if there is a work-around while the full width button is not available.
